Why is the first screen empty?
Tap the add button and choose a road, direction, start, and destination. Toll Lens saves that trip locally so its current rate is ready on the front screen.
Why does a rate say unavailable or saved copy?
Toll Lens only shows a current price for a recent, valid WSDOT response. If WSDOT cannot be reached, a recent local response may appear as a saved copy. Missing, stale, malformed, or warning-bearing values are not presented as current prices.
What if Toll Lens disagrees with a road sign?
Follow the posted sign. WSDOT says API values can lag roadway signs.
Does Toll Lens manage Good To Go!?
No. Toll Lens is an independent rate-viewing utility. It does not manage accounts or payments and is not affiliated with WSDOT or Good To Go!
